Thirty five years ago Jim Halm and Dave Perkins started a construction company with a unique name. Over the past four decades the company has been providing Lansing area homeowners with beautiful home renovations to help turn their house into a place they can affectionately call home!

We are a second generation family owned and operated custom home design, building, and remodeling company based in Okemos, Michigan. Joe, Lisa and our talented craftsman work with you to take all of those ideas you are collecting and develop a space that is uniquely yours. Our design tool box has no cookie cutters...just 35 years of experience, a love of architecture, design, art, and brushes that paint infinite ideas into quality comfortable and beautiful spaces that work for you.
